Are you wondering how best to practice before the last Maryland court to join the Maryland Electronic Courts case management system?  Join us as two sitting Baltimore City Circuit Court judges join us to discuss the structure of the City of Baltimore circuit court system including the court’s procedural rules, commencing an action, judicial assignment, conferences and case management, discovery, and motion practice particularly in employment cases.  Two experienced employment practitioners will also share their best practices in litigating and trying a case in Baltimore City Circuit Court.
