2020 has been a stressful time. And the end is not yet in sight. With the holidays looming, now seems the perfect time to learn how to release and unplug.

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing concentration, memory, and critical thinking skills. That's why we thought now would be the perfect time to offer Mindfulness for Lawyers in Challenging Times. Join us on Wednesday, November 18, from 5:30 - 6:00 pm ET for 30 minutes of learning and relaxing. This half-hour refresh is $5 for members (join) and members of co-sponsoring organizations, and $8 for non-members. Register here.

Mindfulness for Lawyers in Challenging Times will be led by Stephanie Nash, a Mindfulness Coach and Integrative Counselor who specializes in the Unified Mindfulness System, a mindfulness program used in brain research at Harvard Medical School. The session will offer practical tips, tools, and techniques that participants can apply instantly and easily to their lives.

Everyone needs a boost now and then. Treat yourself to something that is good for you, and invite your most anxious friend or colleague to join you.
